Life Insurance is an appreciation to the employee that calms the insured and their families

This insurance program targets employers who may choose to offer life insurance benefits to their employees. The life insurance policy pays the value of the benefit (with the agreed security amount) if any of the covered employees was exposed to death or permanent disability.

Medical Insurance Product Requirements

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs):
These are groups with fewer than 100 employees. The product includes three insurance classes Networks , based on the basic benefits and coverage limits specified under the Unified Health Insurance Policy.

Requirements for obtaining an insurance quotation:

  • An Excel file containing the details of the insured members, including:
    • Name
    • National ID or Iqama Number
    • Date of Birth (Gregorian)
    • Marital Status
    • Gender
    • Nationality
    • Relationship
    • Sponsor Number
    • Required Insurance Class
  • A copy of the valid Commercial Registration (CR).
  • Tax Registration Number or Certificate.
  • Fill Health Decelerations Form all Members

 

Large Corporate Groups:
These are groups with 100 employees or more.

  • An Excel file containing the details of the insured members, including:
    • Name
    • National ID or Iqama Number
    • Date of Birth (Gregorian)
    • Marital Status
    • Gender
    • Nationality
    • Relationship
    • Sponsor Number
    • Required Insurance Class
  • A copy of the valid Commercial Registration (CR).
  • Tax Registration Number or Certificate
  • A complete and updated claims experience record for the last three years.
  • Any Information that must be disclosed in good faith.

Medical Insurance Product Conditions

  • Insurance coverage shall be provided in accordance with the Unified Health Insurance Policy and the applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The insurance coverage shall be valid for a one-year insurance period from the policy effective date, subject to the agreement of both parties.
  • Benefits, coverage limits, co-payments, exclusions, terms, and conditions shall be subject to the selected insurance class and the terms and conditions of the issued policy.
  • The applicant must provide complete, accurate, and valid information and documents when applying for insurance.
  • Coverage for employees and eligible dependents shall be subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, laws, regulations, and policy terms.
  • For large corporate groups, the final premium and coverage terms shall be subject to underwriting assessment, including a review of the group's claims and loss experience for the relevant period.
